What are the benefits of a microfibre towel?

There are so many benefits to having a microfibre towel. Firstly, they are lightweight and compact fitting easily into a bag. Secondly, they dry 50% faster than a standard cotton towel and absorb water faster. Thirdly, forget about those days of your towel holding in bad odour's because our's don't. Finally, best of all is that sand won't stick to the towel. So keep calm and shake it off! 

Do the towels work?

Yes. The whole purpose of producing our beach range was to find a solution that worked!

We use our towels on our own adventures and so we are sure you will love them too. 

Why does my towel feel different to a normal towel?

When you receive the towels, you may realise that your towel feels a little bit different when you dry yourself. Don't be afraid. Microfibre towels feel like this because of the material. We recommend the best way to dry yourself is to 'pad' the towel for the towel to quickly absorb moisture. 

How do I look after my DENA towel?

Treat your towel with care. Here are a few tips;

Machine Washable- Always wash on a cold wash; 30C/ 86F is recommended.

Don't use fabric softener- It can ruin the durability of your towel over a long term. 

It's not a necessity but some people like to give their towel a wash before first use.

Tumble drying is fine but we suggest do not iron and leave to dry naturally. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are able to ship worldwide. We offer the best rates possible and aim to deliver the towels to you as quickly as we can. Depending on your location the prices of shipping and the quantity of stock will define the final cost. 

What is the return policy?

Hopefully, you would never want to return your towel but yes we do accept returns.

If you are unhappy with your towel for whatever reason here are the following steps:

1. Please write us a message on the contact section explaining the reason you want to return the item and if the item is faulty, please attach images of your towel.

2. Once we have received your message. It will take between 10-15 working days for us to process your enquiry.

3. Once we have established your reason for return. We will contact you and begin processing the refund.

4. Once this has been done. We will ask you to return us the item and upon receipt we will refund you the full amount.

5. You have 30 days to return your item from the date of you first receiving it.

Can I make large orders or get a wholesale price?
